Is it possible to track another persons internet activity while using my computer, as to perhaps whats said on skype or which web sites are visited? Is there any software available for this?

This type of activity is illegal in many states so be careful.

Don't worry about the legality of it, I don't. Its my computer and I want to know whats going on, on my computer.
But......I found what I was looking for with a simple google. There are at least a dozen that will do what I'm looking for.

Everything depends on who you plan to watch. If it is your child under the age of 18, you are allowed to monitor everything they do. It is against the law to monitor adult activity without letting the adult users know they are being monitored. There is software available to do it though. One of them is I Am Big Brother, which is available here: http://www.iambigbrother.com/. This software tracks all activity on the computer. I used it with both of my boys just long enough to determine they were respecting the family rules.

Not sure what your goal is. If it is your children, You need to decide between monitoring and preventing. Education is the key.

If concerned about other person's usage just password your computer so they cannot use it.

Use Spy Sweeper It will send you emails innforming you where, how long and lists out the sites for you. We used it to track our kids activity when they were young.

I would be extremely troubled by this. It is one thing to know that a skype call was made and to whom; quite another to know what was actually said. Isn't that eavesdropping?
