I have the GM1518 Carryout and have not turned it on since Winter 2011-12, when it worked fine. Now when I turn it on, I can't hear it searching. I checked the cable plug (on the antenna end) and it is showing 12v. As far as I know, there is no internal fuse.

I have called Winegard twice and left a message, no response. Anyone have any ideas? thanks.....Hal

There is a fuse inside the section where you connect it to the cigarette lighter.

Thanks....That fuse is o.k., I tested the cable at the other end and there is 12v there. I read that some have had trouble with the antenna end of the cable not making a good connection, but mine locks in o.k. I have an extra cable that I got with the ladder mount and plan to try it today. But, it could be the connector on the antenna.

Supposed to get a call from Winegard tech support today.
