It's so hard to lose a child, furry or not. Just remember she is waiting for you on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge.

One thing I’m very appreciative about our boards, is the stuff we learn from each other’s experiences. In our present situation, was bringing the boy with us so he could have the closure he needed, and to see that his best friend was no longer with us. Since this was the first time I had two dogs at the same time, it was something I wouldn’t have thought of, which in my opinion is a very important thing to do for the one that’s left behind.
Guess you can tell that I have not been on RV.net very much lately. My bad.
I loved your tribute to Miss Harlee! I sure did see how her face grayed as she got older. I also loved the pictures of Harlee and Calvin sleeping together and the last picture, which I do believe is your favorite.
You know that you gave her the best life a doggie could ever expect. That is for sure.
Take care of yourself, remember the good times and keep Calvin close.

What a great tribute. The dogs were so cute together. I know you will miss her, but you gave her such a great home and lots of love.

Dawn, Dale, Thank you! I've finally found a way to get Calvin's mind off of things (and as usual it was right in from of us all the time. It'll be avaiable for short while anyways). I'll try an get a shot of Calvin, when I remember NOT to forget to keep the camera on me while he's play'in.
