iplayoutdoors,
When I bent a couple of mine, I found it much easier to just replace them. Wound up replacing all of them with better quality jacks.

Have you looked closely at it? Maybe it has something gumming up the works. I cleaned my a few weeks ago and put some silcone on them...after a rain..and going down the road, I have one that is a little tight.

I've bent three of the four on my TT over the years. It takes a fair amount of force to bend them back but it can be done.
I used a 2x3 and a 15" long piece of post to make a lever. Then I rotated the screw until it bowed downward and used the 2x3 lever to gently bend it upward. This created the least amount of stress on the jack.
Using this technique I was able to get it nearly perfect and the jack works smoothly.

I got a set from amazon and you won't bend these:
Bal 7,500 jacks
Cheap insurance for a pair of them.
