I am having fun getting familiar with my new toy (2003 Bounder 38N) I do have a couple of questions. I haven’t been able to find the antenna booster. I don’t have the shop Manuel. I also can’t seem to find the water separator drain on the fuel system. I hope some one who has a similar unit can fill me in.
Thanks
Bill

If you can see the "lighter plug" for plugging in the TV, the antenna booster is on the same panel. Mine was hidden behind the cable that was connected to the front, and once I took it off, there was the tiny push button. I could not see behind the cable in the motorhome.. it was buried in the cupboard.

Antenna is right near the 12V lighter adapater in my parent's bounder. Hope this helps.

4 whopping cylinders on Toyota RV's. Talk about great getting good MPG. Also I have a very light foot on the pedal. I followed some MPG advice on Livingpress.com and I now get 22 MPG! Not bad for a home on wheels.

Well I have found the water separator drain it is on the bottom of the fuel filter. I still haven’t found the power button for the Wingard antenna. Thanks for the replies I will let you know if and when I figure this out.

If it's not obvious where the switch is, I'd wonder if maybe it's hard wired so it's always on, since you have salesman's switches, the engineer might have thought, you don't need an extra switch. Winegard antenna amps don't draw much and it doesn't hurt it to be on all the time.

Easy to check if you're careful, measure for voltage across the center lead and nut of the coaxial cable up on the roof. Another job for the RV'ers friend, the Digital Multimeter.

Do you have the panel that directs the signal to all the different locations and from all the sources like VCR, antenna, etc.? The booster switch is usually on the Left side of that. My '96 Pace Arrow and now the Newmar are there.

On my 03 Providence it is in the cabinet above the steering wheel. Bottom shelf far left.

On my 2003 Bounder the booster indicator light is on the back wall of the passenger side overhead cabinets (upper level) I believe the booster is behind the cap that houses the light.

If you have the standard Winegard batwing crank up antenna the booster is actually built into the antenna in the housing between the wings. Somewhere in your coach you will have a TV distrubution switch where you can select the source for your TV(s)(TV Ant, Cable TV, VCR, AUX and such). The switch will supply coach DC power via the coax to the antenna to power the amp. Also on the switch will be "TV Ant Power On/Off" switch which will shut off the DC power to the antenna if necessary. Also the switch should have a red LED to indicate when power is on to the antenna.

Well I found it the power buton was hidden behind the DVR on the bottom shelf over the steering wheel. I thought the DVR was bolted down but it just has Velcro on the feet. I got a little more forceful and got it out of the way. The antenna power booster button was totally hidden behind the DVR.
Thanks for all the help and suggestions on where to look.
