This is what I know about Mt. Rainier. I was sitting on my sons back porch on Puget Sound Washington drinking my morning coffee looking straight at Mt. Rainier and thought how blessed I am. What a beautiful site.

Off the beaten path with a mine on site to pan for rubies and sapphires. I found a 200 caret grey sapphire last year. We go in the month of Oct. to watch the leaves change and to pan. Franklin is a very friendly small town that is close to some major towns. You will not be disappointed. Let me know what you think.

From the research I have done with some of the men that actually built that motor and told their superiors that this motor will not last until modifications are done I would say sell it now and move on. The motor was a small block to begin with. To have all the mods done correctly will cost between $5000 to $7500. The tech knows exactly what is wrong.

I have a 4 speed auto. I am the 3rd owner. To my knowledge it has not had anything done to the tranny. 164,000 on the clock.
2000 Dodge Cummins with 3.55 gears
I have a new to me 2000 Dodge 5.9 Cummins 2 wheel drive with 3.55 gears. I have a 12,000 LB. loaded 5er. I went from a F-350 with 4.10 gears which was never a factor to what I have now. Will the 3.55 gears be a problem in the mountains?

Wad it up to the smallest that you can get it. Put it into the largest plastic trash bag you can find. Grab the neck of the trash bag ang put the vacuum hose in it and watch it shrink and shrink and shrink. Tie off the trash bag and off you go.
