Amarillo Tx and Commerce city Co

Hi, I will be traveling from the DFW area in June to Commerce city Co for my kids La Crosse tournament. I was looking to stay in Amarillo the first night then head up to Commerce city the next day. Does any one have recommendations on where to stay in these cities?
Thanks
Carl

RE: Propane regulator corroded

I've found that those regulator last about an average of 10 years+. I usually buy a spare around the 11 year point and change the regulator with in the year.
Mine is leaking and its only 6 months old

RE: RV Parks along I-20 Texas

We are now at RV Ranch in Keene, Cleburne area. We did stop at the Mill Creek RV Ranch, stayed 3nights, it was a welcome relief, this is the nicest park we have been able to find since we left Myrtle Beach.
Highly recommend this Park(Mill Creek), for the person that is going there in June, be sure and try to be there on the 1st Monday, they have the biggest Trade mart (flee Mart) that I have ever seen. The Park said they were all booked up for the May ordeal. Canton is a nice Area., be sure and Eat at Bakers Ribs if you like Ribs, right on the Frontage rd. 2 Senorita's is good too, Tell Al that Marvin sent you.
Yes, we are going to the First Monday Trade mart, it was hard to get a rv sit> Thanks for the resturant tips

RE: Can you Recommend GRAPEVINE TX RV PARK

I live close to the Vineyards and go there 3 to 4 times a year. You get what you pay for. Awesome park and tons of things to do in the area

RE: Dallas in August?

I live in the Dallas area and rv all year long even in texas. The key is to keep the rv cool. Dont go in and out of the door often, keep fans going and when the sun goes down the temperature inside will get cooler, also Dallas is not as humid as the east coast or Florida. You wont melt

RE: Cost of RV Satellite package (direct tv/dish)

I have Dish network. I can pay monthly. I own the box and pay around $75 for the 120 HD package. Its expensive but i can cancel it without any type of contract and start it back up when I need it

Treetops Carefree Resort, Arlington TX is nice
Also The Vineyards in Grapevine TX.
I highly recommend the Vineyards. This very close to my home and have stayed there many times. It is a 30 minute drive to Dallas and Ft Worth. PM me if you have any questions on this
