Price it right or sit on it forever. I've had an eye on someone trying to sell a 2004 31a Flair and has held their price of 85,000 "firm" for over 4 years. You could have bought it new for 65k. Some one will come along sooner or later, right? :R
RE: Tire suggestions
And be sure they install new, high pressure valve stems. I lost 2 this year with one costing me a tire. I didnt know they came in high or low but I do now.
