RE: I-90 Spokane to Wisc campgrounds

Sandi, I hope we meet some time. I recognize the place in Columbus, above the level of the hiway, not? And may have seen the Livingston one. So this is great info for us. Thanks.

I-90 Spokane to Wisc campgrounds

We have done this route before but looking for campgrounds along the way. We have Passport America and Good Sam cards. I know some campgrounds aren't listed with either of these. We will just be spending the night at these places. On the way back from visiting we can stop and see sights.

RE: Who here cooks inside camper or Outside camper?

Mostly inside, cooktop and oven and microwave. Take the camp stove with us for occasional use. I take ingredients with us so I can bake a cake for a pot luck or something, also make muffins. One time baked enshaladas for pot luck in the park in AZ. Pancakes for a group event, spaghetti dinner too.

Turned on the frig, started loading food there. Loading clothing, pots and pans, laundry supplies. Sound familiar? Getting ready to leave.

RE: Radio sounds in background on computer

I am old enough to remember phonograph. I did run antivirus and I do suspect that may be involved. This is on a desktop with wired speakers, cheapie speakers. At times there is no sound and at other times the radios plural are on. I don't live near a radio tower or station. So thanks to all. Taking the laptop with us on our next trip so I'll get away from the worry of what's happening to my desktop.

Radio sounds in background on computer

Strange new phenomenon. When I turn on the computer, I hear radio sounds, voices, ads, talk show stuff. It stays on all the while I go from site to site. I didn't ask for this. Called Comcast and they said not from them. Any ideas out there? Thanks.

RE: Reviews: Winegard Rayzar antenna

Our antenna on top of the rv is a Winegard so I guess I'm fine the way I am. Thanks.

RV shop in Cleveland, TN

My brother is fairly new to rving. He bought a used travel trailer and got a new awning for it. He damaged the screen door and can't find a place near his home in TN to fix the screen door. He says since it's got curved corners, no one wants to do it. He also needs wheel covers, the white kind. If you know of a place near him, could you let me know.
We found a place in Spokane, WA where they do all sorts of body work. Truline RV.

RE: Reviews: Winegard Rayzar antenna

We have a 2004 Sunseeker so whatever is on top we use now. Not sure what brand or what. I'll check tomorrow. So you're saying the antenna up top is better than the Rayzar? So who is the Rayzar for? Or the Flat Wave? Guess I need info on the entire picture. We don't stay in one place, use the rv to get from here to there and stop as we travel. Some places we get a few channels, some none, some quite a few. I turn the antenna from inside the unit and get what we can. We can do cable if it's available, not always the case. Thanks for responding though. It's help me decide.

RE: Reviews: Winegard Rayzar antenna

Has anyone else bought a Rayzar? What has been your success with getting more channels than putting up the antenna? We are going to Ohio again and last year coming and going we got some channels with the antenna and a few even if I didn't raise it. But I would love to get more channels. Even a few would be nice as we travel.

RE: Visiting Yellowstone NP, Late Luly

We stayed in a Forest Service campground just north of West Yellowstone last June. It's on the Madison River and a beautiful spot. We were able to do lots of stops in the park driving a 31' class C. Late June may be better than after July 4. Teton is a gorgeous park and yes, fewer people and nice hiking. Take a good look at the map and you might even adjust your plans once in the area.

RE: Want to sell 31' C, looking for good 28'

Thanks. Ebay didn't accept my username and didn't e-mail me as it said it would. So anyway, we are driving to Ohio soon so not impossible to drive there. I may just call the seller and chat. I see you have one and must be you are pleased with it.
