Thank you for the post DiskDoctr. I wanted to take a moment to address your concerns/comments. The claim of a "10% success rate" is not accurate. The actual success rate for providing service to our members is currently around 98%(as of last Thursday) . We base this on the feedback we receive through the multiple venues we provide for feedback on all service requests. This includes email surveys, the customer service call center, online forums, website testimonials and phone surveys. We use the feedback received to improve service for all members. We attempt to provide service for every member that calls and acknowledge that we are not perfect. We do however address each complaint and attempt to provide a resolution for the member. In some cases a resolution cannot be made but in the vast majority an amicable resolution is obtainable. Some members share the resolution and some don't, it's up to the member. If you have addition questions or concerns you can send me a personal message with your contact information and I'd be happy to address them with you. Thank you for the post Moisheh. Are you dialing the Mexico Dispatch number from the inside the United States as it appears in the benefit brochure (001-866-456-0969)? If so it will give an error due to the call originating from the United States as that format is set up for dialing within Mexico. Same here. The app auto dials GSRS rather than looking for the number in an emergency. My cell also auto updates all apps. Now just to get Mr. Hunter to answer my PM. Greetings - Today was the first day that I had to use my Good Sam Roadside assistant phone app for Android. Received an error message the the App did not work with my devices, however it worked great when I loaded it several years ago when we purchased our RV and joined the good Sam Club. The app allowed me to call, and Gail was able to get me a tow track to pull me out of a snowy/ice ditch. Is the issues with the Android & Apple phones I assume, being looked at and corrected? my wife and teen age children are on the same program with me. RE: Why does it take so long to get cancellation refunds?

Just an update - Still have not received the refund for the Roadside Assistance. This has been ongoing issue since June 2017. Canceled all added services in writing within 30 days. Finally received all but one in November 2017. I have been very patient, even though I have paid and am paying interest that has accumulated on the costs of the add on's alone since my cancellation request. Interest totaling over $100.00. I have not been offered anything as a 'Customer Service' from Camping World to compensate or offset the added expense and frustration and have not received the final refund for the roadside assist. I've not had the services since June. ALL Services were cancelled in June but the not so quick with the refunds. I will give credit to Ella and Cory for stepping up the refunds I have gotten so far. Took 5 months to receive the first refunds still waiting on the last one 7 months later. I am sorry that it has taken this long.
