You are correct, GSRA will pay for the initial service call and you would be responsible for the mounting fees and any additional onsite labor or parts when using your un-mounted tire. As we discussed, and as the Member Benefit Brochure specifies, Good Sam Roadside Assistance does not offer “unlimited usage”, but does offer, on a per-use basis, towing with no pre-set mileage or dollar limits to the nearest, capable and willing repair facility. Additionally, our Roadside Assistance membership covers the mobile mechanic service call and our members are responsible for parts and labor. After again reviewing the detail of your membership, your roadside assistance uses exceed the Roadside Assistance membership average six fold, with six uses in the last rolling twelve month period. As you requested, I have cancelled your membership with a refund of the unused portion of your membership renewal fee. It has been our privilege to meet your roadside assistance needs, and get you safely back on the road. Thank you, Frank Good Sam Roadside Assistance
