RE: Breakdown

Thank you for your post. I was disappointed to learn that you had a negative experience regarding a tow destination. On Monday I will review the details of your membership, I will contact you then. As you know, the Platinum+ membership has the 100 mile benefit, the Platinum does not. If you wish to send me a private message with your contact information in the interim, I will be pleased to chat with you over this weekend. Thank you for your membership. Frank

RE: Roadside Assistance Platinum

Thank you for the post MetalGator. Per the GS Platinum Roadside Assistance program guidelines you are protected in all owned, leased, rented or borrowed private-use, non-commercial vehicles including "Any RV's you own, lease, rent or borrow." I have provided a link to the online version of your GS Platinum benefit brochure below. http://www.goodsamroadside.com/images/pdf/GRA24468B.pdf Some additional food for thought: Approximately 30% of RV disablements are due to a tire failure. Most RVers advise pre-trip safety inspections that includes tires. These inspections can potentially decrease the chance for a disablement. Please feel free to contact me via private message if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you, Zach

Thank you for the post colliehauler. I apologize for the confusion regarding your new cards. The new set was included in the first renewal notice. We do not automatically send them out upon renewal. If you request new cards when calling to renew then the representative that takes your order sends additional cards. Please send me a private message with your Good Sam and contact information and I'll contact you on Monday. Thanks, Zach

RE: Roadside Assistance Urgent Statement

Hi Everyone, I apologize for any confusion that the additional mailings cause. Just to clarify that you have two options to make a request for less mail to be sent to you. The website and by calling member services for both current and non-current members. The contact us option at the top right hand corner of the website will allow you to send us an email whether you are a member or not. I've provided the links and phone numbers for both options below. Good Sam Website - http://www.goodsamclub.com/ Good Sam Roadside Assistance Website - http://www.goodsamroadside.com/ GS Phone Number - 800-234-3450 Good Sam Roadside Assistance - 800-842-5351 If you receive a renewal notice for a membership that you are not sure you are member of the customer service representatives can research your information and assist you in streamlining the mail that you receive. Thanks, Zach
