Our members range from weekend warriors to snowbirds to full-timers, and our intent is to ensure that all members have the opportunity to renew prior to membership expiration. We offer an automatic renewal option that doesn't trigger renewal notices. Instead, members receive a postcard advising that their credit card has been charged. As you know, the Good Sam Roadside Assistance Member Benefit Brochure under “Towing” specifies, in part: “When you call for service, Good Sam Roadside Assistance pays 100% of the towing fees for the delivery of your vehicle to the nearest professional service center capable and willing to repair your vehicle.” We manage the delivery of our Roadside Assistance services to meet these objectives.
