Today I got a email from Roger with Prime Time and also the VP Jeff posted on Forest River forums site a picture of a cut away door which is a great help in easing my mind (I wish they would have done this sooner) but RV GUY post over there states that this door is made so nothing can rot and no wood is used in the construction. I felt that I was left along with a HUGE problem for myself to try to figure out when I was told that they were done and that was it. I wanted to put a end to this story and give credit where it is due.

Im worried about damage also, I did talk to a attorney at work today that said keep all emails and dates and just wait for the damage and whats the damage worth to me and file it into the court system because of this being a problem before warranty was up and PT did not fix this problem. Roger was to email me a email from Lippert saying that this is normal and should leak will I never got the email nor has PT returned 2 emails sent to them. It shows they are all about the fast dollar and hell with the customers. SAD!

Thanks for the replies... the water leaks into the door itself between the fiberglass exterior and the aluminum interior water pools in the door and then when you open it all the water flows out the bottom of the door. sad thing is they replaced the door the first time for it leaking the same thing before. Lippert makes the door and tells Prime Time that its suppose to do that,(COME ON!) Im afraid its going to rot out the door but they say it wont.

Think Twice Before Buying Anything Prime Time!
Im sorry for having to post this after believing that Prime Time was a top notch. But boy was I wrong after months of having a leaking outside kitchen door on our 319 Lacrosse talking to Roger many times and Jeff talking to our dealer which is Northside in Lexington. Prime Time told me today that the door is fine and it is ok for the door to leak in itself... YES Roger told me that, I asked for that to be placed in writing so when the door rots off they could replace it under warranty. They told me they wouldn't do that. My dealer has told me that that's wrong and would not let it off the lot and to give them a few days to see if they could figure it out for me.. THANK YOU NORTHSIDE! its a shame that Prime Time does not care that much for their products or customers..

We love our Lacrosse 319. We have had only one problem with ours and the dealer and Primetime have been great to work with A+ in my book!!

I have the Lacrosse 319 with a power awning, and YES they do have the rail on the awning for lights and the hangers you can buy at any camping store....
For your chocks you will have to buy the extended ones which run about 65.00 dollars each, I had to sell my reg. set when we upgraded to this camper..

Sorry for your luck on the first trip.... Side note we love carter caves state park something about the trees and campground make it our number one pick of all times. heading that way in a week!!! better luck next time...

LETS HOPE THIS WILL END IT! if you cant pay 25.00 dollars a night to camp in a CAMPGROUND then dont camp. After all its a PARKING LOT at Wal-Mart not a campground ....thats my 2 cents
