RE: Removing 6 almost-new Golf Cart batts to go bigger

Good grief Boaty, what do you do with all that power? Have you not read ANY of my previous posts?? My icemaker runs 24x7 to keep up with the 1,200lbs of bottled whiskey I keep with me. That's why my Eagle Cap weighs 7,250lbs. Ah so, how did I miss that. I thought you were serving as a power source for a small town, turns out you are bootlegging shine.

RE: Storage in the wings

Do you mean using the empty space behind and in front of the wheel humps. I have doors that allow access to those spaces from inside the TC. I carry a lot of stuff there.

RE: Can't fix Honda eu2000i - please help!

Sure sounds like it runs leaner as it runs.. I would replace the fuel lines as that is about all left to do.

RE: Is having a battery in a TC necessary?

I have never understand why a 7300 series converter might be considered a " battery boiler ",. Not my experience with one.

RE: Biodiesel being used

Redsky, what truck and year do you have?

RE: Biodiesel being used

I wonder if the jell like mess reported is caused by low temps. B100 for 13 years with no problems other than ones I caused.

RE: Biodiesel being used

How the heck would Mercedes or others determine if you used B5 or B20.

RE: Strange energy field around a RV?

RV's may attract other RV's but I have two dogs that tend to counteract that force.

RE: What did you do to your truck today?

Bill, because I screwed up in the fall and didn't treat the BD with a biocide when I knew the truck would sit a lot. Running B100 in '01 Dodge since new. My bad and now I have to deal with it.

RE: Recommend a tow hitch receiver spare tire mount?

Instead of fold down, get a weld shop to make a swing away.

RE: What did you do to your truck today?

Watched my fuel pressure drop to 4 psi, pulled over and changed another filter, again. Getting very fast doing it, seven minutes from switch off to switch on this time.

RE: TESLA Hyperventilating About $ 5 Billion Battery Plant

I was out flying my RC plane today and saw two Teslas on the way and two in the parking lot. My neighbor has one and drives 200 miles a day, says the lack of gasoline bills is making the payments.

Rear Camera

Wireless back up cameras haven't gotten very good comments in the past when used with TC's. Electronic stuff seems to improve all the time so who is having success with wireless these days?

RE: What's in the space under the step up to the bed in a Lance?

Water tank, wires, and gas lines. I installed a marine access port in my tank top an can see how much water left in the tank plus makes filling from containers very easy.

RE: A few good ones in this bundle of camping tips

Careful with the rake and hotdogs... same reason you don't use refridge racks over a campfire - the shiny coating contains cadmium, IIRC, which will contaminate your food... The Mountain Dew idea is worth a try! ST You're worried about food getting contaminated? Do you know what's in a hot dog? Does anyone know? :) I'm betting there are no heavy metals in hot dogs but who knows.
