It's officially on our list of "places to go," then!
Wish we didn't have to miss this rally, but we'll be at Michigan Speedway with Munch and his team's racecar. The festivities officially end Saturday evening, so it is possible we could swing by early Sunday before everyone pulls out. But then, you all already know "early" and I just don't get along... :)

Pulled the trailer out of the garage and got it inspected on Saturday. Needs a good cleaning....

We're planning on arriving either Wed. evening or Thursday morning,depending on our sons schedule, and was thinking about a trip to the Auburn/Cord Museum in Auburn, In. It's about an hours drive.
It'll be good to see you guys again.
We've passed signs for that museum I don't know how many times when travelling back and forth from Ohio to Illinois. Have always wanted to check it out but never have. Let us know what you think of it if you make it over there.

I normally get Friday off and I have Thursday off but this year I can't get Friday off so we will see you later Friday evening around 6-7pm. My office is getting a new computer system and it has put a crimp in days off through the end of June. I hate it when that four letter word (work) gets in the way of camping and fun!!!!!
As far as I'm concerned "computer" is a four-letter word....

Yipeeee! Will Munch still be in session at UT? We should go and visit. :B :B :B
UPDATE!!: Munch's classes will actually be over. However, his extra-curricular activities will not! As many of you already know from facebook, Munch is involved with the FormulaSAE crew at UT. May 8-11 is the FormulaSAE competition at Michigan International Speedway. 120 college teams from all over the world compete!! For more information on Formula SAE click here. On the left side of the screen you can click on "Formula SAE Series" and it will open up and show the various competitions. The first one, "Formula SAE Michigan May8-11, 2013" is the one!
For more information on UT's Rocket Motorsports, click here.
Because of the competition, we will be spending May 8-11 near MIS. If the competition ends early enough on May 11, we will then head for Sauder Village. Otherwise we will miss this rally :(.
For anyone wanting to drive up to MIS and see what's going on, let us know and we'll pass on whatever we know. Right now, it isn't much...

Sad to say we are getting ready to cancel our Smith`s reservations this year, we decided it would be to much to camp ,drop camper off and leave for Sturgis on the 4th. Becky and Tony will be canceling theirs also. We had two sites together we were on #7, will be getting in touch with Kim to cancel. Does anyone want sites? Our family will be very disappointed, they look forward every year to our rally

We'll be arriving some time on the 20th, and departing on the 24th.

Damon's has been closed for some time now. However, Max and Erma's is right around the corner to the North on Engle Rd. from where Damon's was, and I think there's an Olive Garden East of where Damon's was on Bagley Rd.

Sounds like fun! Especially since we couldn't make the trip West or to the UP! Our schedules should be much freeer (or free-er? Even "much more free" sounds wrong...) with boys boys out of High School. At least in theory.
