Campground near nations capital near Metro
I remember someone mentioning a cg near Washington that all you had to do was walk out front and get on Metro.
Is there such a place?

Adventurer 86FB on 3500 Dodge Mega Cab Diesel
Looking at an Adventurer 86FB.I have a 2006 3500 Dodge Mega cab with a diesel.The bed is 78" long. Plus this a SRW
Is there anyone carrying such camper on this type of truck?
Appreciate any help.

RV's heading South
I live where interstates I-40,I-24 and I-65 all intersect with 24 and 65 going South.Since Christmas afternoon, it has been a constant flow of RV's heading south.Is there enough rv sites to accommodate all of these rv's?It is one right after the other.Kind of gives you the itch to hit the road real soon.

I believe if we put all of your reports into one book of "Whazoo Adventures", it would be a NYT best seller. As my 70 plus year old bones long to go to the paces you do,I realize that I will either have to get younger or take a bunch of Motrin with me. You truly have a talent on reporting your adventures and the pictures are so over the top.

Great trip report on a beautiful area of our state. We toured the Battle of Franklin site today and went to the grave yard where over 1500 Confederate soldiers are buried.Our town of Franklin has a lot of history for that unfortunate time period of our country.

Why not hire an attorney and fight it out in court instead of here.If I read all of these post from you as being right on,it seems that an attorney would take your case on a contingent basis.Whatever you get,they get a cut of it.You could easily have a paid for camper plus enough to get a nice new truck.
Try it,can not lose?

I agree with Don Curley.I also have a 3500 Dodge and did the same as he did.However,I found my Apex 8 weighed heavier than was told. Love it for all the places I can go especially off road .

Awesome trip for all of you. I thought my 7000 miles in 8 weeks through a lot of the same area was a lot of driving but you are a tough man. Love the pictures of the fun you were having plus the positive attitude you have about the difficulties you have had on your trips. Memories.
