Changing out battery

Need to replace engine battery. On the fuse panel on firewall there is a notice. All relays should be off prior to installing new battery. If I turn off the chassis battery at the inside door switch shouldn't this work. Have 2 switches one for chassis and the other for coach. Just confused. Thanks guys!

Getting the RV ready - Tires

Well almost finished getting the RV ready for the season. Need to get the State inspection and this year new tires. Did my search on-line, checked shipping cost and found local tire shop to install. I then check the tire shops website for the same tires and got their out the door price. Difference was $10 per tire more if purchased direct from tire shop. Then I asked a simple question, had nothing to lose, If I purchased all 6 tires from you, would you give me a discount? Answer, yes, $20.00 off per tire. It's not much but in the end, I saved $60.00 in comparison by purchasing from my local tire shop and asking a question. Happy camping all!!!!

RE: Camping near Leesburg VA

I would agree with Ependydad. Not many options in Northern VA. when it comes to campgrounds.

PPL Motorhome-parts

Needed to replace mirrors on my class A and to get sealant for minor repairs. Placed my order on the PPL Motorhome website. The nice part was their fullfilment center is in Maryland and I got my items the next business day. Great service from PPL.

RE: Gray water tank smaller than advertised

Although a sales brochure may read a generalization of their product, what did your spec sheet read on your purchase model. Did it also read 44 gals or 30?

RE: side mirrors, 2006 Hurricane

Need to replace my passenger side mirror on my 2003 Hurricane. Closest model is the Velvac 2025. Part nbr 714184. My original mirrors do not have a built in/on turn signal. Most newer model have this. Still looking.
