RE: Brake Adjustments Ford E450 Motorhomes

I would flush out old brake fluid with new , also I would go for the transmission flush some would say drop pan but you never get all the old fluid that way.

RE: What is the fuel economy, or UNeconomy, on a "C".

Put a good scan Gage to it Mine says 7.5 Not fuzzy math that way. You never know exact a mount of gas in take at fill up every time. And again if you worry about MPG this type of camping is not for you. Just fill it and enjoy it forget about this nonsense.

RE: Almost $1,000 for new tires....

A G load range tire is a truck tire maybe that is why you can't find it mud or snow. Also tire rim state 80psi because that is the tire max on 225-75-16. I run 95 to 100 psi with my G just think do you see rims blown apart because of over inflation on highway or tires. Ford tells me that its a libel issue if they don't mark and a crazy person pits in a 125 psi they will try to sue. Tire will fail not the rim.

RE: Almost $1,000 for new tires....

j-d nope load range goes only to E that's why I went to 235/85-16 to get G load range. They are also 14 ply.

RE: Almost $1,000 for new tires....

Those tires remind me of those days till I changed to 235-85/16 load range G 40,000 plus miles and still trucking and looking at all the tires laying on interstate highways. Those were the bad on days for sure.

RE: What did you do to your Class C MH today???

Just finished adding a second AC in rear will be great to get lower temps in hot weather at 90 degrees never got below 76 hope to get it to at least 72 degrees. Just finished getting it ready to leave on first trip to Pigeon Forge TN. Volunteer campers group will be there starting the 27 April at River Plantation campground. It will be nice seeing everyone again at start of season. It's really hard to believe after setting for a few short months for winter the cleaning it needs LOL

RE: Need Advice on E450 Engine Mod

E bay sells map sensors for V10 fords 59.99. But they do sell in part places splay cleaners for around 6 bucks and they do work. My K&M filter been in my V10 45,000. some who have them wash them and spray way to much oil back on them or don't them them dry really good. Now this may be the problem for sure.

RE: my class c has is listing about 2"

I got them in front and back ,yes because my slide side lean a little so I put in front 40 psi rear 80psi the side which has no slide front 20psi rear 60 psi level at all times. You may get in front 1 1/2 lift in front if needed.
