RE: Best Route to Sequoia Park in California
How is the 245 to the 180 to 198? I will be staying overnight in Visalia KOA, then to Lodgepole.
I could go stright shot north on the 63 to the 180, but the 245 looks a lot shorter. Thoughts?
RE: Towing speed
I know for a fact in AZ you can tow in the fast lane at 75. There is no rule about staying to the right while towing. Another odd law, no helmets and you CANNOT split lanes.
RE: HELP, need a campground in So Cal or with in 5 hrs drive
Definitely Big Bear. Its much cooler up there and there are plenty of resorts and campgrounds. Big Bear Resort and Yacht Club is a great place and the price is not as high as you would think with a name like that lol.
Its bigbearshores.com
Oh yes. Think this is the back up plan. We are on the waiting list for Chula Vista. Gonna call big bear now.

How about Lake Casitas in Ojai? They have a waterpark with a lazy river.

National Parks don't allow kids?
Cachuma Lake
No swimming, but boat docks and rentals, several playgrounds, local store, and Solvang down the road
We don't wanna do a national park (Sequoia, Yellow stone, act) with out the kids. That is something we want to share with them.
HELP, need a campground in So Cal or with in 5 hrs drive
July 20th is our 10th anniversary. We have a 21 month old girl and are expecting in 3 months. We have decided to use the RV for a weekend get away. Our daughter is staying at my sisters. We looking for a place to relax. Like to lay by pool. Palm Spring, Vegas, Laughlin all too hot for my wife bing 6 month preggo. No wineries due to the fact my wife can't drink. No National parks cause we wanna bring the kids, but not on this trip.
I was kinda thinking heading north up the coast, or maybe even San Diego.
Any ideas?
We are saving for a nice trip once Mama is ready to leave the kids.
