RE: HWH air leveling

Hi MM, fyi...........had to have cummins replace the air compressor coolant lines. Now on this one, I am able to force ride height to entire coach. When I press manual mode, you can hear right front valve must be stuck open as you can hear air dump. Will post what I find. Thanks

HWH air leveling

Anyone have an issue with one zone of air leveling in manual mode? The system appears to auto level and ride height level, but in manual mode, I cannot raise or lower the right front air bag. Just thought I would post here to see if anyone has had this issue. Monaco Dynasty Queen IV. Thanks

RE: 45' Motor Home?

Great on rtirment! Go with what you want and the CC sounds like you like it! As far as the states, don't know of any that you can't have that length. We are 75 feet with yukon on trailer. Some states say this is too long, but never been stopped for this. Only once was stopped and it seemed trooper just wanted to see inside, ha!

RE: cummins air compressor coolant line leak

Hi MM, No, have never had to change out cooler box, but with this issue will check the entire system/pressures once I change out steel coolant line and burp the sys. I have had to change the pressure cap though. Thanks, Dan

RE: cummins air compressor coolant line leak

Hi MM, Bitter cold here, but managed to get some pics to send to Cummins. It appears I sprung a leak on the fixed steel line coming out of the air compressor. Looks like corrosion and at the point where the trans fluid fill tube was wire tied to coolant. We don't travel much in snow areas but do rinse after. This appears to be a place where either road salt/moisture has been the reason line corroded. Will fix and relocate tie off of trans fluid fill tube. Thanks, Dan

cummins air compressor coolant line leak

Hi All, Got home to MD and recognized antifreeze all over the back hatch. Found leak in line the goes into the top of the air compressor. Can anyone tell me where the other end connects. It is an ISL 400, 07 Dynasty with Aqua hot. The line is wire tied to the trans fluid fill pipe on right hand side of the engine. I tried to trace but was hit with leaking coolant and with the snow hitting us now, will have to try and trace another day. Just thought would ask if anyone would know. Too, it appears that it is leaking at the corroded coupler. Thanks, Dan

RE: house batteries

Saw same in an interstate warehouse where labels were put on when loaded onto delivery trucks. I replaced 8 2200's with newer same size G's. Not bad for 7 years.

RE: Tires Michelin vs Yokohama

x2 with all Dennis posts. Too, FMCA Mich discount was the way to go for us since so close to final price and the ride was so smooth from the G670's and the rivering/sidewall belt issuses. XZA2's all around after almost 7 years.

RE: Suggested Retail-Lazydays

Before ordering ours, went to RV show, filled out options list, copied for all the dealers and said, "Don't need it, but want one, what is your best deal?" Don't remember LD salemans, but he went crazy when I told him I found one $10K under his best. ................Tim Dimartini was not at the show, but I ended up in Grass Valley, CA after ordering. Don't know about today, but 30% plus upgrades thrown in did it for us.

RE: Obtaining non commcercial Class B license in MD.

Back in 2007, I actually spoke to a sup and he asked why bother, most don't. I did just to make sure for insurance reasons that one has the required license to operate. Like in first post, ask 10 questions, get 10 dif answers at MVA. Gotta do your homework and be safe/legal.

RE: Strange tire wear pattern

Aligned twice at Josam in Orlando and still had the rivering. Put Michelins XZA2's on front and moved rivering's to inside dually which lasted for years.
