Pre-Existing Condition
A sickness or an Injury and related complications, not fully disclosed on the enrollment form: For which medical advice, diagnosis, care or treatment was received or recommended from a health care practitioner, or prescription drugs were prescribed during the six-month period immediately prior to the covered person’s effective date.
I checked this insurance out because my dd is paying a lot and was curious. There are some conditions which aren't covered. Copied this just in case you didn't read it.

RE: Need your input...........what do you think?

We have a 35 foot National Tropical 350. It's great. Solid, comfortable motorhome, great ride. Good luck. I do think a diesel pusher is the way to go. Just a quieter ride. I was thinking maybe one of those diesels that are class C's, Duramax but haven't heard too much about them.

RE: A question about PDA.net

who is your phone company ?
where you on extended/roaming network ?
there could be a variety of reasons
Verizon is our cell carrier. We have unlimited data. Hmmm, I have never noticed anything with the roaming or extended network. It worked as usual in Vegas though. Been in Tahoe and it worked. We live in Los Angeles, that's where my carrier is. Don't have a clue?? Maybe it was the roaming thing?? :h

A question about PDA.net

I have been using PDA.net for a long time now and enjoying being able to have internet on the road. This past week however we visited my brother in Washington, Utah. He couldn't remember his Internet password so I hooked my phone up to my computer as usual and this page came up saying I was being transferred to another site because I hadn't paid for mobile hotspot or something close to that. Then said I was being redirected. I just closed it out. We finally got my brothers password and got online.
Now from there we went to Las Vegas and I hooked up with pda.net with no problem, good speed and everything. My question is, why would this happen, anyone ever had this happen.

RE: Is it just me? Or do you not talk about Health Issues ?

You bet down home, I've been there too. It helps so much to share your experiences with different medications and treatments as well as being able to vent and get feedback. I sure hope you get the help you need. Still keeping you and your family in my prayers.

RE: Supartz injections today

LOL!!! I am picturing you writing that on you tummy and wondering if you had to look in the mirror. In any case, knee pain is awful. After all it's our knees that hold us up and help us bend, lol, very important. I hope these shots work for you. They are too sore to be short time help. (did that make sense)

RE: Supartz injections today

yay!!!! happy to hear that chock!
When I had my tkr I ended up in the hospital for 6 days. I threw up for six days! I told the doc I was allergic to shell fish-iodine but he used that on my leg anyway?? Such a little bit, don't know if that was the culprit or the pain medication. They stopped all the pain meds too, just to see what was causing me to be so sick.

RE: Supartz injections today

byways, I was in exactly the same position as you. Both my knees are bad. The doc was going to do the series of shots but after looking at my MRI he said I needed knee replacements. I still haven't done the left one. After hearing what chock said, thank goodness.
Chock I sure hope this works for you, fingers etc. crossed, and crossed again!!!

RE: Best, cheap Insurance

We have State Farm for all our autos and motorhome. We did get quotes from Good Sam because we have them for roadside service and extended warranty for the motorhome. I thought they would be cheaper but they ended up being about $900-1000 more. I hear Mercury is good but don't know about their coverage for motorhomes-RV's. I do need to get some quotes again though; I think it's good to shop around from time to time.

RE: spare tire / flat tire - how's it work ?

From what I've heard Goodsam or any roadside service won't fix the flat unless the new tire is already mounted. I guess that's what everyone is saying. Best of luck and happy travels.

RE: Is it just me? Or do you not talk about Health Issues ?

If I enjoy people and their company I don't mind listening to health issues at all. It might help them feel better or I may have input. Maybe they don't have the Google and RV.net to find answers. Medicare really isn't for the old. It is the most convoluted misunderstood piece of the health care system I have ever seen. I can understand people talking about it. I guess I am the only one here that doesn't mind.:@
I will think twice before sharing anything medical again though. :R
It is funny to see this in this particular forum lol!!!

RE: My wife can't decide, Please Help

We have had both and prefer the booth. Extra storage, it's comfortable to sit back and put your feet up, it is another bed and no putting chairs away. Tons of room in ours, we're not tiny folks either. I don't think it would be a deal breaker if everything else was good.
