TC on An old car

Saw this on a face book class B site today. http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a166/sk8r913/home/Camper/D6510497-178D-4DD8-9FE5-23AC4A82C419.jpg http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a166/sk8r913/home/Camper/5164D6DD-DBE8-4808-BF85-9E279D14B225.jpg http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a166/sk8r913/home/Camper/2F53EA44-1DD0-4CDA-B1CC-2FC83216A66D.jpg http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a166/sk8r913/home/Camper/D5214E50-47EC-4AF7-8D76-97281360FE26.jpg

RE: Lifted TV

Not from personal experience, BUT The Guy I bought my old 24 ft TT from had a 6 inch lifted TV. He used a drop hitch, and said it towed fine.

RE: One way to do it....

The first time I saw it posted here lots of people said the same thing. Everyone must assume nobody new ever comes here. Who cares if it gets posted twice a week forever... op is not new. If the name of the video is in the title and the url is plain to see when I open the post then I do not care but ambiguous titles and direct links just waste my time after the 5-6 time I see the video You are correct, I'm not new to the Forum. I am new to the 5er forums, and don't have the time to sit an read every single post in this forum to make sure what i'm posting wasn't already posted. I read the "Newest" Posts as far as they load, and don't dig further. I work 50-60 hours a week and don't get the opportunity to get on here as much as I would like, so i'm sure I miss a lot. I'm sorry to have wasted your oh so precious 30 seconds it took to open the link. I will try to be more specific with my posts so as not to waste your time any more. :S

RE: Question?

If it were my 5er, I would replace the Inverter. I did one for a friend this weekend. It was 2 screws, and 5 wires to replace. Super Simple, and well worth the $240 she spent on it.

RE: Electrical Problem help

Well she just shined more light on it. Her husband plugged it in to an outlet in the garage that used to be 220, for a welder. Im thinking its still 220, and it fried the inverter.

Electrical Problem help

A friend of mine reached out asking for suggestions on what her electrical issue could be. I figured this would be a good place to come for thoughts and opinions. She states they plugged their 2010 crossroads Zinger in to their house, and there was a pop and smoke. Now the lights are dim. I had her husband check the voltage of the lights and he says its at 7 volts. My thoughts are the inverter/charger has went bad. The Electrical outlets (110 volt) all seem ok. Only issue is with the lights. The Converter is a WF-8955PEC.

RE: Fixing leaking front window (worn exterior seal)

Yes, just one layer, and yes middle bottom is where I Started and Stopped. I can see the Argument Coming from some, for using Caulk on it after also, but I didn't do it. I had no more leaks from that window. It was leak free up to the day I got rid of it (both of them).

RE: Storing Truck camper

I always used blocks under it, but was told by a family member thtvhad a newer one, you don't need to. I was always under the line of thinking, that I wanted my floor supported.

RE: Scranton PA to Taunton MA

If I had that much time, I would avoid Scranton all together lol. On edit: I seriously would avoid 81 in that area at all cost.
