Selling our trailer FYI
When you get ready to sell something, do your fact finding as best you can. I even asked on this site about a company called NATIONAL MULTI LISTING about selling our 5th wheel.
Comments here and what there program was, sounded OK. Even had a time frame if not sold, a refund was due. Well as you guessed buy now, its all a scam, while being listed, We talked once a week, now the contract is up, no return calls, texts, nothing.
So I'm informing future sellers who start buy listing on Craigslist, you might get a call from this company as I did,and tell him your not interested in what ever way you want.
I sure would like to say his name and give out phone numbers,but that could start a problem.

since listing i craigs list,only calls were from rv trader,and another trailer trader.one claims to only sell non dealer trailers,and the other sells both personal and dealer trailers.they both range in the $299 price,and both do all the paper work.
has anyone used one of these selling or buying.claims are one thing,c\
actual is another.

thanks for the responces from those in vegas. Only my opinion,but a constable is just above a security guardat the local bowling ally.And since i promessed my daughter ia would do the remodelon her home,and it will take mounths,we will get plates,drivers licence,auto insurance here,and when done early next year,were gone,back to texas,and reregister all over again.and if we visit,we will fly,and use my familys cars.Vegas is hurting with lots of things,and any revenue is money,not the $12.00,just the whole idea.If they only knew how much there really loosing.

You are suposed to get the permit within the first 30 days from the dmv,and the cost is $12.00.Sure seams like know one knows about the rule/law. No matter,its a revenue ticket in clark county thru the Constables office,and with loss of people gambling and spending what used to be's,they found a new money maker.Its a FYI folks.

This is the Clark County (Las Vegas) ordinance which is enforced by the Constables office. It's called the Fair Share Program...Seems the constables consistantly drive through neighborhoods, apartment complexes, and hotels..logging out of state license places each month.

We stayed in arizona for 6 mo.for the first time,and asked the ones that have done this over the years,no permits they said.just not over the 6mo.but vegas now has a new rule they said,get the permit thats not known and stay a short while,or pay the fine.
Iam just letting others know,so they get there permits from the dmv.

Its simple,if the rule is not known about the $12.00 permit,then they get $100.00,$88.00 additional,simple more money. then get your permit,and stay,just a another way of revenue.

We spent the winter in phoenix az,as thousands spend time in the state of arizona.Never had a issue with a non resedence rule.It was money in arizonas pocket.
Las Vegas,new one year rule.all visiting folks who stay in vegas over 30 days need a permit from the dmv($12.00)alliwing them to stay.The Constables in vegas have nothing better to do than drive thru parks and record licence plates and how there here.I know,as do others,we got a notice that we were in violation of the 30 day rule,and will pay $100.00 fine and either get nevada tags and licence,or get the permit,but the $100.00 fine must be paid first.The Constable ststed no one anymore will stay in vegas with out permits,and since its a very new rule,there making money had over fist with wintering folks,besides,we need the money.

Any out there with the 6.0 ford diessel,3.73 gears in a super duty? Was pulling a 345ret. sandpiper,almost empty,and the grades from wickenburg tp kingman,then vegas was a chore.most speeds were in the 10/20mph,on the side of the road with flashers on.
Also have the egr delete,bullydog,and the after calling bully,the codes were conflecting,one said on,other said tow of.
Any otheres out there with the 6.0 had sim. problem? othere than sell the bastard! and trailer.
