Have you checked the steel rim? Rims are welded we have found leaks where the weld was not completed and not found by Quality Control.

If you must change wheels to go to G614 then make the change to 17 inch wheels and tires. I looked into the change and could get one and a half times the rating of the G614. Good luck.

Being from central Ohio ourselves, if you can get to the Marion County Fairgrounds today they are having the Ohio Samboree there are 330 RV's Here that you could look at all different types and sizes. and everyone is super to talk with.
We purchased a used 2006 Travel Supreme from a dealer in Galion, Ohio. Althought Travel Supreme is out of business I can't believe we will ever get rid of it (we love it that much). But like most of these manufactures they are heavy, The issue it's about getting them going, it's stopping them. Double tree is also a quality unit and still in business, matter of fact their was one on Columbus CL located in Lancaster. Like I mentioned it's your RV, buy one YOU like and can tow safely. I have no experience with any that you mentioned, but make sure of your choice, how its to be used. What you can safely tow, And what YOU like. After 40 years of camping we finally found the rv that will have until we quit camping. And even it has some small things we don't like but we deal with them. Good Luck and happy camping.

Protect it, its worth more at trade in time and you can look your RV over real good while you are waxing/protecting it. What you are looking for while waxing/protecting: sealant over lights, doors, windows, loose screws, ect.

I also own a high end RV where the company went out of business.While camping this weekend we spoke to a couple who just purchased a new fifthwheel they couldn't get over the fact that our RV is rated @ 16,000 and their's was 9,000 When are we going to wake up and figure out that cheaper isn't better. Like someone else posted our rigs will still be on the road when they are recycling theirs. Anyway congrats on your purchase and enjoy your quality fiver.

I use PB Blaster in my zerk buster I also use a dead blow hammer, If this don't work remove the zerk use a o ring pick to remove some of the old grease reinstall the zerk then try using penetrating oil again.Don;t give up grease and time is cheaper then the bushing replacement.

If you mounted them on aluminum rims also check the rims I also just replaced my 614s. However, sometimes where the bead sits you will get high pressure leaks from corrosion. So prior to mounting ours I had this area buffed and treated with a sealer coating.
