RE: Grill hook-up

Depending how your gas line is run under your RV. My unit has the gas line run to be adjacent to the front door. If you have this you just need to get a quick coupler to attach to the gas line then a LP Supply line that has the right ends for the quick coupler and the screw type end that fits onto the grill. Norcold Refrigerator

This past weekend my Norcold Model 6162 refrigerator wouldn't run in LP model. I tried restarting but each time after it would start up I would get a n on the display. It works in AC mode. I have propane because the stove and the hot water heater works. This is the 1st time I have used it in LP mode since buying the unit. Any help would be appreciated.

RE: Best SUV type tow vehicle for mid-large Travel Trailers

I have a 2010 Chevy 1500 Suburban and tow a KZ 2505 with no problems. I have towed in the mountains and the flat land. The larger the TW the more control you will have towing the larger trailer. If its a third vehicle and older 2500 Burb or Excursion would handle the 24-27' trailer even better.

RE: KZ Sportmen propane access panel

I don't have any plastic shops around the area. What I ended up going with was a white canvas that I have made at a local awning shop. I had them added some snaps and it will snap to the rv. Cost me $40.

RE: refer on battery?

If your battery isn't charged or in good working order that will cause a problem. I found that out the hardway on our first boondocking trip with our newly purchaced used RV. Bought a new battery and fixed the problem.

RE: Need to stock inside of trailer

Depends if you bring your wife with you or not. With wife the stuff you need is twice as much as you need.

KZ Sportmen propane access panel

I lost my access panel off the front of my 2003 KZ Sportmen 2505 on my 4th of July camping trip. I contacted the local KZ dealer and they called the Manufacturer. They stopped making the access panel and was looking for advice how to replace. The biggest problem top of the access panel has a curved portion.

RE: Quad bunk-house question

Look at the KZ 2808. It has the front quad bunks. Read slide queen bed, and side slide. We opted for the KZ 2505. It doesn't have the side slide. Less weight to pull.
