RE: New Amazon Kindles
Amazon just announced an 8.9" tablet with 32GB storage that includes 4G LTE (250 MB/month with 20 GB Cloud Storage) for $499 and $49.99 per year.
250 MB/month is very little, not even enough for a movie. But at $4 per month it's enough for some email and light browsing if you're not on WiFi. Seems like a really sweet unit.
And the new Paperwhite kindle looks very nice. At $119 it's $20 more than the previous Touch, but with some nice improvements like backlighting.
RE: CG prices putting a damper on weekend camping?
I just don't understand why we are some of the highest priced campgrounds in the country? Maybe because we have a short season? Oh I also forgot to mention that we also have a 9% camping tax that isn't included in some CG rates until you check in.
Id love some CG owners to chime in on this.
If you are paying the 9 percent tax on a campsite in Nh you are being took, because that tax was repealed last year.
RE: Kindle WiFi Internet Access
I have a Kindle. I understand that it uses the Sprint network which, in my opinion, has less coverage than Verizon or ATT.
The said Kindle uses the ATT network, according to the product description on their website.
