RE: Decided to join Thousand Trails

THOUSAND TRAILS (OUTDOOR WORLD)--THE GOOD AND THE BAD. Everyone tells you like it is. Lake and Shore gets crowed. Great stuff to do. Check out SeaPines which is right down the road. It is a quieter park, smaller too. When you head to the PA parks definitely go to Timothy Lake. South if you dont have kids, North if you do. Scotrun is also right down the road from Timothy Lake. Scotrun is not as nice as Timothy Lake but the have a good pool for kids. I am going to Circle M next weekend. I am not hearing great things about them but I will reserve my opinion until I get there. It was nice a couple of years ago. Go to Hershey TT. I have not been there but EVERYONE raves about it. Keep in touch.

RE: Decided to join Thousand Trails

Corgicrazy Zone Pass is the way to go. I purchased a master membership years ago but I tell my friends to buy the Zone. If you have any questions about te parks email me at PMRED38@AOL.COM. I have been to all of the in NJ and three in Pa. We also have a page on Facebook. Happy camping. Diana

Jersey Shore to RI

We are traveling this Friday from Middletown NJ (Jersey Shore) to Newport RI. NO CAMPER just a dually pickup. Traveling in the early morning about 5am. Would you take 95 all the way up? Would appreciate all recommendations. Thanks in advance

RE: Dehumidifier setting?

Thank you everyone. All of this advise has helped me. I have the setting at 50% at the present time and the amount of water collected has decreased daily. I am running it from sundown till about 9am. I cannot believe the amount of water I was taking out in the beginning. I am also going to install a house unit after we rebuild our home. Thanks again

Dehumidifier setting?

We were hit with the flood in NJ so we are living in our 32'Holiday Rambler, Presidential until our home can be restored. I purchased a 70 pint dehumidifier last night and could not believe the amount of water that was inside the holding tank this morning. My question is what should I set the % control at and how long should I run it? I am plugged into a 50 amp service. I use a oil filled portable furnace and have the rv heat set at 60. Weather is not too bad right now but when it gets colder do I change the settings? Any info would be great Thanks Diana

RE: Gaston Lake/ Encore Resort Directions

Morning. We went to Lake Gaston last year after a graduation party in Cary NC. We took 85 not 95. We followed a gps. Ride was nice.

I am not sure but what about putting a hose into the toilet to try and break things up? Not sure how full you are at this point

RE: FROM NJ TO OLD BETHPAGE NY

Jim G that is the kind of thing I needed to know. Thanks you very much. I need to get a better app for directions when pulling the trailer. Any suggestions for that?

Computer gives me three routes: Belt Parkway or 278&495 or I95North They are all about the same time and miles. Which one should I take and what prices will I pay for tolls? We will be traveling very early morning or late at night. Thank you Diana and Ray Stover
