RE: "Going stealth"

Im not getting that out of what this man is trying to abuse handicapped rules. Handicapped is handicapped.Does not necessarily mean that its got to do with a wheelchair (though it might, Im not his judge) Lot of people that I know, personally , can not ride for longer than 15-30 minutes without having to use a bathroom. Or , if someone is elderly and they are driving somewhere and they have to have access to a bathroom, quickly. Or if someone is in a wheelchair and wants to go to a park,,,,most parks, still do not have wheel chair access. People have colostomy bags, urine bags. that have to be changed...you name it. Sorry, that trumps the HOA.

RE: "Going stealth"

Clayway,,,I didnt know there was even such a thing as deed restrictions against R/V's....it never occurred to me to ask. You are correct, during the closing, there probably was an HOA agreement. One of 200 pages, must have missed that line of microscopic print. What I am saying is I want to purchase a van for everyday use. I should be allowed to do so. The propane in it is no more dangerous than the thousands of grills , in the neighborhood. There is no reason behind it.

RE: "Going stealth"

And, if I may add, I live in a "golfing community" :) I also didnt move here for the golf, close to work and older subdivision with beautiful trees. Lots of retired Exxon here too....I can also relate, nothing in common.

RE: "Going stealth"

Im also curious what happens. Husband and I live in Conroe Tx, right outside of Houston. Hubby works 5 minutes from the house, so, early next year, he was going to trade in his truck and we would purchase a R/T R.S., have them remove all decals and he would use as daily driver. Our deed restrictions also state, no r/v for 5 days in a row. Really looking forward to results of this meeting. We both thought we could move around this, but, dont want to let our egos fly so high, we have to start hiring lawyers. Glad I saw this post, because, we do have a real nosy neighbor. Thanks all.

RE: Roadtrek introduces the RS E-TREK

I'm looking forward to seeing how this vehicle turns out. Will it be perfect? Not expecting it to be. I do like, a lot, of what I am seeing....so far. Unfortunately, I don't have a biodiesel station anywhere within 40 miles, of my house. Does anyone know if you can put regular diesel in a bio diesel designed vehicle?

RE: Roadtrek introduces the RS E-TREK

Sounds awesome. I love everything about it, exactly what Ive been looking for except the shorter length. Was hoping for the same set up with the size of the Adventurous. Oh well....it will happen.

RE: New Class B Models

Looks interesting. I still prefer the older models. I would also wonder what kind of CCC this model gets.
