Someone needs a post or list of what Walmarts are safe!!! There are some I have run across that I was hesitent to shop at, let alone stay over night. the earkier comment on guns my be useful. My feeling is Walmarts are for shoping, camp grounds are for camping.

check out the pf1218 at your chevy dealer. it is the longer version on the 454. I have used on 8.1 workhorses since 2004. I designed lube systems for large bearings. To make a long story short. Yes more oil is better.

In 2012 Winnebago was the top motorhome manufacture in sales with 22% of overall sales, 24.2% of class A sales, 18.5% of Class C sales. There must be a reason!!!!
I would also recommend Winnebago having owned two.

OK here is a person reporting problems with Hankook tires. Just replaced two of them wth Firestone because of high tread wear on may ford.

Thanks for the replies. Some good ideas!! We have been on many 2 and 3 month trips and caravans. I quess 3 or 4 months is my limit. Then I start to miss my workshop, garage, basement, king size bed, gardens, and two bathrooms. Thanks again

How do the full timers do it??
We have been in the MH for four months now wintering in the south. Got one more month to go. The MH is getting smaller and smaller even though it is a 40 footer. How do you full timers do it? I am starting to miss the open spaces of my house and land.
