RE: Weber Q regulator question

I did this, here's the list my friend sent me:
We have a Weber Q220 at home and love it. On Pop Up Explorer/RV Itch many people mod a Baby Q to use the low pressure quick connect on their camper if they have one...since the Visa came with a quick connect, it didn't take too long before this mod was calling my name. I found a never-used Q100 (the little brotherto our 220) on Craigslist, complete with the rolling collapsible stand and cover - sweet!
So you start by taking the regulator off of the grill, which leaves you with a 1/8" male fitting. From there here is the list of parts I ordered from http://www.bigway.com/:
- Reducing coupling ¼” female to 1/8” female, item # 40-1 (from the grill to the hose)
- Hose (I went for 9’) ¼” male on both ends, item # 20-90
- Gender bender double female coupling, part # 39-10 (from the hose to the quick connect)

RE: HEY we need a sticky for our TT pics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We traded our Gulfstream Visa for a bigger unit: a Dutchmen 277RLS. It's parked at a seasonal site.

RE: What Did You Do For Your Travel Trailer Recently?

Traded it! We're getting it May 3rd. Went from a 19ft to a 27ft with a slide out.

RE: Which brands carry U shaped dinette?

I traded my actual trailer for a Dutchmen 277RLS and the U dinette can sit 6 people.

RE: New to Seasonal Site.

2 years ago, we bought a 19ft trailer, we wanted to travel around. We travelled the first summer, went on vacation for 2 weeks and 4 week-ends for a total of 24 nights. Last summer, we took a seasonnal site and stayed 56 nights. This year, we traded the 19 footer and traded it for a 28 footer. The smaller trailer gets cramped up fast when you're not travelling, and since we won't be pulling the new one (only once)we don't care how much it weighs. Our goal this year is 75 nights!

RE: Full Length Queen Mattress

I replaced my 74 inch mattress with a custom built 76 inch mattress. The extra lenght is small enough that no other changes were necessary.

RE: Uneven tire wear

If you bought a Visa, you're not the only one with that problem. They come with Trail America bias ply tire and they are ultra cheap tires. A good set of radials might help a lot, and curiously, radials are optional for 2013 models!

RE: MAXAIR VENTS - DO THEY PROTECT FROM RAIN?

The purpose of a Maxxair is so you can leave the vent open when it rains, and it works very well!

RE: Concerned about Campground power issues

I've had a similar problem last week-end while running the A/C: the breaker tripped twice. Not any of my breakers in the trailer but the campground breaker for my spot. I'm seasonal and the ownwer will check his breaker this week and make sure I have the 30 amps I should. Last summer, my trailer was home often and it was plugged on a 20 amps breaker and I ran the A/C 2 days non stop while the fridge was on 120 v and everything was fine.
