Johnny T,
Where were you when we bought our Class C? LOL Just wanted to tell you 'thank you' We are in the early stages of looking for a Class A..... it is overwhelming. We have looked and looked.... and we are still looking. Now I have salesmen calling me saying they have the perfect MH for us. I even got one to quote me a interest rate....which none of them do. Anyways, with the info you have put here on this forum (which I printed out) I am sure we are now better informed. If and when we find the Class A of our dreams......lol I will let you know. Thank you again. Would you care to go R.V. shopping with us? Happy RV'ing to you and yours.

Wow, if I could have thought of all that before I bought mine, I probably wouldn't have bought any. That's way to mind confusing. I go the simple way, want MH - Buy - Don't like, trade get another.
Sooner or later I'll find one that works for me. No I'm not loaded, I'm just not going to live forever and don't have all that much extra time to put into something I want to do.

Thanks for "bumping" this topic to the top...I just started reading this forum and might have missed it. Your strategy makes things much clearer. Also, a comment about repeating questions that have been asked a zillion times before....Thanks for your PATIENT and HELPFUL responses. Newbies often don't realize they are bringing up such a question. The SEARCH option is often not too helpful, IMHO.

Another great BIG THANK YOU !!!. We have decided to take the "leap" and purchase a Class A (currently own a popup). I had already started the process of researching, reading this forum (have a book printed already from you guys !!) and deciding which options are most important to us.
We plan on taking the next year to look, listen, and learn as we search.
Again, thanks, and I have printed this and added it to our "book"

Since the forum continues to grow I thought I might be helpful to some to run this one through again... Last time I looked about 100 new members a day... Thanks to all for your kind words and comments... I think BaldEagle's comments about the negotiating process is an area that I would like to see some additional input about...
