Hi again,
Here's the short version of the story, 6 months in a 21'class C with 5 cats and one really big dog is waaaaayyyyyyyy too long and it was waaaaayyyyy to small for full-timing it. So we found and purchased an adorable 30' Collins fifth-wheel. Having never owned a 5er, any comments or suggestions, both general or manufacturer specific are greatly appreciated. I do however, have some questions. First, regarding king-pin stabilizer jacks, is there any real differences or benefits between the two or three leg stabilizers? We also like the skirting concept around the hitch area for a little extra storage for extended park stays but until we get the ol class C sold the buget is a little tight. Does anyone know of any used equipment outlets online?
Thanks all
dare

Collins is no longer built. Check posts for Collins, I seem to remember something about the frame by the pin box. I almost bought a Collins several years ago. It looked like a great coach. They were one of the first to build 102 wide coaches. They seemed very well built and roomy. Good luck
