We're going camping this weekend, knock another 10 degrees of for the mountains and we're looking at perfect camping and riding weather.

WOW! I was only gone a few hours and there's a TON of new pics! They're all so awesome! WOW!

Here's a couple from dinner last night!

We had a pork roast on the rotisserie . . . the rotisserie is an OLD one that my parents bought in the early 70's. They ALWAYS used foil on it to keep it clean, so I do the same. They gave it to us about two years ago, and I think that we've used it more in the last two years than they did in the last 20! This is the BEST rotisserie! Our kids just LOVE anything we cook on it!

Here's the roast, all tied up and ready to go:

This is the roast, all cooked and ready to eat! I basted the roast with honey for the last 45 minutes of cooking.

Oh yea! It was SO good!

Wow! Just wow! First, that is so neat to have and use your parent's rotisserie, and then to see how well it cooks! Delicious!!

I have a few minutes before bedtime.
This is my new nephew. He is a miracle baby. After 10 years of faithful prayer and many tears on his parents part, baby Sam was born. Our family is rejoicing.
