What type of lens did you use for this shot? It sort of looks fisheye-ish. Very very nice photograph.

As always, great place to visit for great pixs.

Did anyone ever take so many pixs of something that you find it to be a chore to pick which one to upload and then do same?
Or am I just losing interest in posting my own shots??

I will NEVER lose interest in viewing everyone elses!
Keep them coming please.

After shooting almost 4000 images in 13 days during our trip to Colorado and Utah....

I figure I've got at least a month's worth of review and editing ahead of me before I get THAT mess straightened out!

Just remember, it's always easier to delete an image than it is to regret not having taken one after the opportunity is gone.

Most of us get that same sense of waning interest. Not sure what others do, but I like to keep it interesting by changing how I do things. I might do all of my shooting with a wide angle lens or, if using a zoom, take all the shots without using the zoom feature; just set it on either the shortest or longest end of the range and have at it. Another technique is forcing myself to shoot in a small area - like the backyard - and look for new perspectives of same old tired subjects.

In other words, shake up your thinking and approach to photography a bit. A book might help. I like Bryan Peterson's "Learning to see Creatively," or Tom Grill's "Photographic Composition."

fullmoon - What a beautiful picture!

Uncle Ghost - What nice shots of New Hampshire. Are you still in New England? Are you planning on heading south (like towards NJ)?
