With my new camera, I spent less time riding my ATV, and more time walking in the forest to take pictures.

I was thinking about buying a new camera but you just talked me out of it.

Lovebug thinks I take too many pictures already. In less than 3 years I'm up to 17,787 pictures. Isn't that about average?

That's funny, Kenny!

With all of your cute grandbabies, I'd say you need to take pictures a little more often!

GHOST -- your pics reminded me of a picture I took back in 2004! LOL
I had to dig a little, but I found them.

We went to a WWII Weekend and Madelyn liked the old motorcycle (she is only 3 1/2 years old here!).. so I took this picture of her by the bike...

No idea what kinda bike it is..

Here is one of Madelyn and John by one of the Jeeps there...

Your pics of your friend's bikes and jeeps brought these pics to mind for me.

I also took this pic while there cuz my grandfather has the same exact guns in his gun cabinet! He was in WWII. No idea what they are.. but I took the pic so that I could find out. (I never did tho..)

And I have no idea what kinda gun this was, but I took the pic cuz I remember thinking it was one scary gun! LOL

(not a very good pic I'm afraid... I remember I was at a distance when I took it)

And once I was in that "Folder from the Past"... I thought I'd post some of Madelyn from that same day.

I remember taking this pics like it was last week! I can't believe that was like 4 years ago already!! Boy, I miss THAT Madelyn.. at 3 1/2 yrs old!! She was so sweet back then...*sigh* (what happened!? LOL)

About the two rifles that you didnt know what they were, My son says the top one is an M1 Carbine (.30 cal) and the bottom one is an M1 Garand (.30-06 cal.).

Looks like a machinengewehr 42 - a type 42 light machinegun.

Happy Mother's Day to all the PPT moms!

Alice is having a great day! She got some flowers, nice cards from me and Brandon, and a nice lunch with my parents. Now, she's in the pool and we're thinking of BBQing later this evening! She's a happy mom!

A jellybean portrait of, I think, Johnny Cash

Congrats to the grad.

Perhaps the jelly bean portrait might also be Nicolas Cage? Just a observation.

Thanks and you may be correct. I say Cash because they also had a jellybean portrait of Elvis. Working on the assumption that the artist likes that sort of music, we guessed Cash.

then you are more likely right. At first glance it just looked like Cage to me. After looking more it appears the man in the portrait has more hair on top than Cage.

We had a Mother's Day dinner at #2 daughters house today. Michael's youngest, Landon. One sleepy little boy.

Ever wondered what 6 boys can do to one 3 yr. old little girls room?

A happy Nanny holding little angel Adrianne.

Michael & Landon

Nanny where she likes to be most. Surrounded by her offspring. And the little one hiding is Alexus, she wasn't in a picture taking mood today.
