Dixie Dew, it is great to hear from our only dog that writes to us (I don't know of another one)and good to know that you are getting along with the babbe, Daisy Mae. I hear from your mom that you, Daisy Mae and the human family are going to be at the Branson Rally. I am so looking forward to seeing you and the family again. I am bringing the great granddaughter so you will have something to play with, she will be 10 months old, should be a hoot. lol
Write again when you have time all though I know you are busy with the babbe.

I wish to add our pleasure of being a very small part of the "FOOF's" We were welcomed by all at the N. Carolina Rally and are looking forward to the Rally in Branson. Attached are a couple of pictures that I thought I would share.

It has been almost a year since this picture was taken at Laura S Walker State Park in Waycross, Georgia. This is when a piece of my heart went to live in Ohio.

Anna brought so much joy to us and I am glad that she is now doing the same for Dan and Lori.

Beau and Levi have since passed to Rainbow Bridge where they wait for us to join them.

Good morning everyone. Fella now has me worried. For the last two nights in a row he has thrown up. Last night was a lot. I don't what is going on so today I am cutting back on meds and dog treats. He didn't eat well yesterday morning or this morning, leaving much of his food in the bowl. Yesterday he came back and finished his food after his walk, we'll see what he does today. If he throws up tonight then he goes to see Dr. Jim Thursday.
My work with Sue has been coming along but it is making me crazy sitting at the computer all day long. I want to jump and run some times just to get away from this constant sitting and searching on the Internet. The thing is, its paying the bills and buying the expensive diesel fuel for the truck and paying for the camping trips. Then there is the food on the table thing that it provides. So if I could find a way to do away with paying bills, eating, buying expensive diesel fuel and ----- no I am not going there, then neither one of us wouldn't have to work!!!
We still have hopes of building a home at Camp Dixie close to the daughters in Greenville, so I guess there is a price to pay for getting your wants satisfied. Now If I could just get Fella okay with his stomach, Suzie over her being car sick, win the lottery and roll back ten years off my life, what else could a man want other than good health, good friends and a beautiful wife who loves and adores him. Okay, Okay so I want a lot don't I?? In the big scheme of things, when you think about it, I already have the most important of all of these. I have good friends, a beautiful wife who adores me, my health isn't that bad and I have something money can't buy, a really big family of folks who love my dog!

Richard, if you ever figure out how to pay the bills, put food on the table etc, without working let us know. Sure a bunch of us retired folks would want to know.

Richard, you are an extremely wealthy man. Millions would give all they have to be in your shoes. The love you have of your family, friends and animals cannot be bought with a zillion dollars. And the best part is you deserve every bit of it and more.
You are truly a wonderful, sweet, caring man that has shown many of us what amazing rewards can come from the simple act of helping another in need. You are an inspiration to us all.
