Interesting, I've always meant to ask someone. I'll try to get the trailer back out of storage sooner in the spring (March?). Just have keep in mind that April can bring snow storms too.

One more night shift tonight....ughh

So your shift should be done by now Shun. I have tomorrow to work, then I'm off until, get this...January 2nd. Yeah, I can live with that. Been an overcast day here today. temp. this morning was 28 degrees, got up to 48...it's cloudy, looks like over the next 10 day's or so, temps. are going to be, in the lows 20's-30's..highs
40's-50's with chances of rain and possibly some snow showers on..yea
Christmas..that would be SO cool..Last time I saw snow over Christmas was in WV about 3 yrs ago. Don't think I've seen any down here in NC since I moved here in 93'. I've seen some snow, but none during the Christmas Holidays.
Hope all of you had and are having a good day...take care out there and be safe...I'll drop back in later.

Temps hit 39 today and the snow is slowly melting. Possibly more this weekend. 6 more shifts starting tomorrow, then off for 11 days. I'll be driving to Va Beach to visit family, deliver a table saw and desk, then bring back my brother's old car.

Good day to all of you. It was, believe it or not, raining this morning and 40 degrees, suppose to get up to about 50. Looks like, hopefully, we're going to get some precip for more then just one day.
Believe I'm going to "roll outta here" around 1:00 today. Hope all of you have a great day and a great weekend.
Shun, which way do you go to get to Va. Beach? I have a son that lives in Christiansburg Va, right off I81, and I use to live in Beckley WV, just off I77.. I doubt you'll be on either of those interstates, heading in those directions, but thought I'd toss that tidbit of info out there. Be careful on your trip to and from Va. Beach.
Ya'll take care, I gotta roll, catch ya later.

Not sure about the weather, but all I have heard the last 2 days while I was driving was turning colder and high winds. I got back to San Antonio at 2300 hrs Friday. Just checking a few things, I'll check back in with everyone tomorrow.

William, good to see you back in here. Sure have missed ya. Hope you'll come on back more often. I hope you and yours have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. It's 48 degrees here, overcast and just barely drizzling a little rain...we'll take it anyway we can get it. Just sitting around the house relaxing for right now. Hope all of you are having a great day out there. Take care, I'll check back in later..

Again, William, hope you'll drop back in soon.

Good Morning everyone. It's 3 outside presently with a windchill of
-20. The dog will not be wanting to go out to quickly this am. I've got hot Rum Cider and icebox cookies by the fire. I know it's a little early for the rum but, what the hay. I fell in the garage the other day against an engine crate. I look like I went a couple of rounds in a boxing ring. We have a gathering on Tuesday and I'm hoping makeup will cover it. DH will be out shoveling this am. We got some snow yesterday. We did the usual Christmas run to different grocery stores to purchase "parsley". You would think they would get more in stock for this time of year; they know it's going to sell fast and furious.
Thought I would pop in and say hi to all before I start making my cranberry sauce; lemon butter for my Lemon Poppy seed cake and sour dough bread. Are you hungry yet?? I know now I am. I'm going to scoot upstairs and get started.
If I don't get a chance to get back in here before Christmas I would like to Wish you all a Very Merry Christmas and all the best for the New Year!!!!

Kelly
