Thanks, Al! It's a big camera to take on, but I am enjoying every moment learning more and more about it. And, I also enjoy sharing some of the pictures I've taken with it! We live in a beautiful world, and if I can make one person smile with a picture, I'm happy to have been able to do that!

I don't know if everybody saw this or not.

Alice was having a very busy day at work and stress was starting to pile up a little.

I emailed her this picture I took of our pup, Kelsey, and she wrote back saying her whole world became brighter, and she smiled the rest of the day after receiving this!

Amazing what one picture can do!

Most of you on SG&C have seen some of Lucy's art work and know that she has some talent for someone who has never had any lessons. Well at nearly 60 she has decided to give airbrushing a try. She is taking lessons and has had about 6 so far. This is her very first attempt at using it. Up till now everything has been learning shading with pencil and the basics. I thought this was pretty good for her first try.
