Ok, I have followed all the instructions to attach my picture to my signature and all I get is the box with the red x in it. The picture is 8.3kb and is 350 x 100. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Here is how I responded to a recent post with this problem.
Once the server has accepted your upload, that is all you can do. The red x is not a fault of anything you have done.
After an upload to a signature, some members have to wait a day or so before the picture will show, some have it show instantly, for some, the picture has disappeared after having shown for a few years.
It is all very frustrating, but to repeat, once the server has accepted you upload, there is nothing you can do ... except, I have a question in my own mind, does it matter which portal one enters?
I am sorry for the problem getting your picture to show; their is a long time "trouble ticket" for this problem. As of yet, there has been no cure.
Oh, BTW, you need not make another post to see if it is working. Any change in a signature will be reflected in all versions of the signature, no matter how far back you go. It is also reflected in the signature on your "My Profile" page.

I wish I could be more encouraging.

Ok, thank you Tom. There is one problem with My Profile. When I click the link it takes me to The Goodsam Club logon page...What's up with that? And if it doesn't take me there it gives me this message..

Although already logged in, it is not uncommon to be asked to log in again when accessing Private Messages, My Forums, My Preferences or My Profile. I'm not sure why this happens. Once upon a time, I was told that it had to do with the time stamp in the cookie placed on your computer by the forum. I've played with it enough to not totally believe that explanation, but cannot really disprove it.
As far as the error message, I've verified that I get it no matter which forum I use. I have written a trouble ticket about the issue. Here is a work around. Use the View Profile link to the right of one of your posts (or to the right of any member's post) to see a profile. But to edit yours, you will have to wait until the technicians fix the link.
