I had the same problem on my '84 Coachmen, 26'. The floor behind the sink became very spongy, so I ripped up the linoleum on the floor, and then laid down a layer of 3/4" plywood, and screwed it to the existing particle board floor. Then I put down the self-stick 1 foot square tiles, put down quarter round around the edges, and put down new strips where it met the front cab area, and where it met the carpet in the bedroom. That was 10 years ago, and it is still going strong - no sags or softness anywhere. It took one Saturday afternoon to do it.
Good luck
