We will be going to Florence Marina for Memorial Day Weekend. I love your camper, clkelley. How did you find the mickey mouse heads to put down the side?

I made them. I bought a roll of the automotive vinyl film. Made three circles in PowerPoint on regular paper, then cut them out and taped it to the backside of the roll, then cut out the figures.

These are photos from Oct '07 at Santee Lakes Campground in San Diego (hopefully the photos come through!). The campground had three different lakes (no body contact), a pool/spa, playground, mini store BBQ place, you could rent paddle boats...all sites have full hookups. We were in the older part of the campground which was nicely shaded and nearest to the lakes in site #9 - got lucky as it is what they consider a "long term" site, but it wasn't taken the weekend were there so they gave it to us! :-)
The fire pit shown here was a community pit, but everyone else had their own...so we got it all to ourselves.
I loved this site...just steps to the shore for fishing! and a beautiful view from the window too.

Nice looking site, I don't believe I've ever seen a fire ring that nice, or that big, Guess it must be a community one?
