Max is so cute. It's always cute to see the lil' doggies that don't like to lay on the ground camping. They see their big buddies in the campchairs and want to sit there too...

HERE WE ARE IN MONONGAHELIA NATIONAL FORREST THE 2ND WEEK OF JUNE. WE ARE IN SITE 25 AND OUR FRIENDS ARE IN 27. THESE ARE PRIMITIVE SITES WITH NO ELCTRIC OR RUNNING WATER, ONLY SPRING WELLS AND GENERATERS. THAT IS WHY I ADDED THE PIC OF THE WELL.

JENNIFER LOUNGING IN THE MID-AFTERNOON (SITE 25 CRANBERRY BACKCOUNTRY LOWER GATE CAMPGROUND

PIC OF THE FAMILY IN SITE 27 WITH OUR SITE(25 IN THE BACK GROUND.

KIRSTEN IN THE EVENING BEING SILLY (THIS OVERLOOKS THE FIELD ON THE OTHER SIDE OF OUR SITE SHOWING SITE 23. AS YOU AN SEE THE ARE NOT VERY CLOSE TOGETHER

THERE WERE SWALLOW TAKE BUTTERFLIES EVERYWHERE. THESE WERE RIGHT BESIDE OR PICNIC TABLE.

KIRSTEN'S 1ST GOLDEN TROUT WHICH WAS CAUGHT ALONG THE CRANBERRY RIVER JUST BELOW "BIG ROCK" CAMP GROUND. (THE CRANBERRY RIVER RUN ALONG THIS ROAD AND IS FAIRLY EASILY ACCESSED FOR OUTSTANDING TROUT FISHING (THE BEST ON THE EASTERN SEA BOARD, IN MY OPINION) I HAVE TO ADMIT, I WAS QUITE PROUD OF MY LITTE GIRL THAT DAY.

THIS IS THE SPRING WATER PUMP BESIDE SITE 9, THERE ARE TWO IN THE CAMP GROUND AND THE WATER IS CRYSTAL CLEAR AND TASTES ALOT LICK BOTTLED SPRING WATER. I HAD TO POST THIS SHOWING THAT EVEN THE LITTLE ONES WHO WANT SHOWERS HAVE TO EARN IT BY HELPING GET THE WATER! LOL

I HOPE YOU ALL ENJOY THE PICS, THERE ARE MORE TO COME AS WE ARE TRAVELING TO YATESVILLE LAKE IN EASTERN KENTUCKY NEXT WEEKEND.
