Eldon and I are a bit behind on the news, Sorry. Judy, enjoy being home and write the next million dollar selling cook book. I will most definitely by a copy or two, or three, since I know a lot of people who can't cook at all. Now you can be a full timer!!

Judy
sorry about the job situation but like already said when one door closes another one opens. I personally envy you having the chance to take a break and start anew.

About the SAL food.

I have had a request to make hushpuppies,I prefer the term Shutupdogs, on Sat night....will do. That will count as our side dish but I will cook them for a couple of hours so we all have time to have some fresh ones before and during dinner. To me their better than cake.

Also my brother's SO is bringing a couple of desserts...I have heard roomers of pie and cobbler. Gotta love those newbies.....always trying to buy their way into the group.

Better than cake?? Better than cake??? I'm not sure there is anything better than cake. However, in the spirit of good will, I'll be happy to try the Shutupdogs. In fact, I may need to try several. Bring 'em on!

We're back from Boston! 16 hours travelling! I have two major conclusions:
California is home. I cannot envision ever living in Boston again. Sorry, Lee, but Humidity s#$%s!
If I never have to stay in another hotel again it won't be too soon! I won't be visiting Boston again till I have enough time to take the motorhome! (In spite of the absolutely insane drivers! Worse than I remembered.

It's good to be home!

Judy, with your positive, can-do attitude and great people skills, you should have no problem getting a great job that you will LOVE...enjoy the time off... and know that the right opportunity will materialize (and no, please don't get a job that requires you to start BEFORE SAL...

Lee- hope the real estate deals all coincide, so you can get the property in TN you want...

Terry, so sorry to hear about your cat. Mine has been talking to me all evening, as I was away over the weekend in my MH. Love that new solar charger. No worries about power/hookups and plenty of sunshine to keep me charged up!

See y'all soon
