Hey, Wayne! I got that same "stars and stripes" throw rug in my Pleasure-Way...or at least I did until you stole it.

Uh, Oops. It came in the Westy and it left without it...
It also had a larger one. I didn't use the smaller and forgot to put it back in.
I found it in the garage when I was looking thru 'stored parts'.

Thanks. Considering it's the first cabinet I have ever built, I'm not overly proud of it (it could be better) -
but I'm not ashamed of it either!
I tried and tried to avoid that reflection - everything short of moving the van.... oh, well.

OK, a little update. I haven't spent much time on it lately, but I haven't quit either.
The 'rough draft' of the galley cabinet seems to be OK, so it'll soon be time to pull both cabinets out at put a finish on 'em. The galley cabinet will get a formica top and a wooden edge band around the top edge... and maybe a shelf. The shelf won't be added till the water system gets installed and we have used the van a time or two - so that's waaaay down the road. Doors? I doubt it, but we'll see. I think I'll like just having a large open place to stash stuff, but doors and shelves may be the way to go after we see how it works out.
The penthouse bed has been cut and the foam glued to it, awaiting covering and finishing the underneath side. Then I gotta make attachment points so it will raise with the top AND tighten the spring mechanism for the top to hold up the additional weight when raised.
