Well it looks like almost everyone likes Logo A, so that will be the design for 2008.
The cost is going to have to go up this year because of a few reasons. The main reason is that we have a smaller group so the overhead costs will have to be spread out over less shirts. Not sure if anyone noticed, but both designs this year are 3 color, red, blue, and black. Last year they were only 2 colors, red and blue. That adds about $50 to the cost for creating the silk screens and setting up the printing machines, or about $1 to each shirt. The total overhead costs this year come to about $5 per shirt. The shirts themselves cost $5 to $6 plus $0.35 to print each color.
OK, bottom line. I’m going to do my initial price point based on selling 50 shirts. The prices will be $11 for sizes youth small to adult XL and $12 for adult XXL to XXXXL.
If I get more than 50 orders, I’ll lower the price to everyone. Since any profit will go to charity again this year, another fallen soldier fund, I want to make sure we don't wind up wiht extra shirts at teh end of the rally. Make sure you let me know if you are goign to be arriving after 6PM on Friday and I'll hold your shirts for you. Otherwise, I'll put the unclaimed shirt on sale at that time.
I'll most likely have to cut off the ordering around the middle of April so we have time to get them printed and shipped.

Since the price is higher than last year, I’m not going to count the orders I got before this posting, but I will send PM’s to everyone who did order asking if they still want them at these prices.

PS: For the most part, I'll collect for the shirts at the rally. If you are coming in super late on Friday or Saturday, we'll make some kind of arrangement.

I think Jim is on vacation or something. I've got PM's into him on 2/28, 3/3 and 3/4 regarding activity lists for the rally and his opinion of which logo to use. Since it is basically unanimous that everyone liked A, I just went with that.

I second that! I think it's perfect, just the way it is GREAT job! Don't think that extra buck or two will matter. After all, they're "limited editions"! LOL!
