Hello Dashonthedash,
ABC campground has rally facilities. The beautiful octagon shaped shelter house is enclosed and has a full industrialized kitchen. It is air condition and has windows all around for a open view. They have many tables and chairs with a microphone system. I'm not sure of the exact seating capability, but I'm guessing at least about 100. They also have the nicest laundry room and bathrooms I've seen in any Rv park ever. The park is easy to get to without driving through Branson and the sites are big rig pull throughs. We stay there when we visit Branson. Also, I've attended ABC on various rally's and each time, no disappointments. You'll all be glad ABC Campground is where the 2008 "Old Fella Rally" will be held. Lots of endless to do in Branson.
Gary and us were in attendance at the first Old Fella Rally at ABC. I think what Gary was referring to (and I was confused about as well) is that the building you refer to is lovely, however, we didn't consider it a "shelter." Last year we referred to is as something different. Glad we can use that again.

I believe we referred to it as a "pavilion". I don't remember usage being tied to number of sites before, but we used it twice last year, and for more than two hours, although we had 20 sites. Of course, Lynn made most of the arrangements, followed up by Cindy and Roger. Anyone know whether Lynn might be able to make it this time?

Ya ya.... pavilion......shelter. I did say it was enclosed. lol
I got my rally packet from ABC today. I'll look it over this weekend.
The usage of the pavilion...shelter is a rule of thumb, she said. I'm sure if we need it more than 2 hours and no one else is using it, it would be ok.
RogerNCindy, would you be willing to update your Rally website for next year's get-together (Last year's is still there for anyone who might be wondering): 2006 Branson Rally schedule
I expect to be coming, but I haven't quite worked out the dates yet. I was hoping to spend a couple of days at nearby Table Rock State Park (which I have heard a lot about), probably before the rally. Anyone interested in joining me?

Done! Just let me know of any additions/corrections/etc.!
Talked briefly to Michelle last Friday. She just got back from a family emergency. We're going to talk again this week. I was on the road rving when she called and she's catching up from being gone from ABC. I'm signing and sending their rally agreement via mail to her tomorrow. We'll update the info when we talk again this week.
