You didn't tell us which portal you are using. I'll guess it is the Good Sam portal. Because of the "page scroll postition" problem as one moves from page to page, I find that portal too irritating to use.

If you are haveing problems with one portal, we suggest that you use a different one to enter the Open Roads Forum.

I have constant problems accessing this site directly in the early AM. I have also tried Camping World and Woodalls and experienced similar problems. The problem is you just cant access the site. Sometimes after clicking the 'Go' button about 20 times it may connect. As soon as you try to access a link it will fail again. Sometimes you cannot refresh a page either. Very often you cannot reply to a thread.

I dont get the usual 404 file not found error. The page title will show up on my tabs (which I think means it had to find the page as this is the page title) but no error message - just a blank page. This could also possibly be information that is cached and obtaining the title from the cached file if it happened to connect then I refresh and it fails.

Around 10:00am it seems to clear up. Not a clue as to what is going on.

It is frustrating, and Im sure it is frustrating for admin as well.

Yes, very frustrating for all concerned.

For what it is worth, during this period when RV.Net and Trailer Life (the two I ususally use) have been down, Coast to Coast and Good Sams have been functioning. I have not seen either of those down in quite awhile.

We discovered last Friday that the monitors the technicians use on RV.Net had not been showing any down time. We assured them that there monitors are wrong. Over the weekend and continuing through today, we have been maintaining a log for them. If I recall correctly.

FWIW to your techs, access via TL and Woodalls has been terrible for at least a week. Frequently I get a "Done" msg on the bottom line with a totally blank screen. Access via GoodSamClub.com has been just fine.

That's been my experience, also, along with RV.Net. (Except for Saturday, when all of them were working for me.) Along with Good Sam, I have found that the Coast to Coasat portal has been stable.

I was able to log on to RV.net earlier and noticed that the preview box was acting up like it has been doing on Woodall's . While visiting here on RV.net, the forum stopped working (not able to find page).

I tried coming in through Woodall's, but got the same page - not able to load. I'm here courtesy of the Motorhome portal to get on.

Cashews, pecans, and almonds!

On edit: I logged out of Motorhome portal and found that the preview box flashes then. Logged back on to Motorhome, the preview doesn't flash.
