When I hold my cursor over the topic it used to show a brief description of the post. Now I get a large box that flashes with some verbage at the bottom but difficult to read as the box keeps flashing on and off. What is the problem?

The software update yesterday afternoon seems to have worked fine for all of the portals except RV.Net.

Although I have only checked 4 of the portals, the preview box, and spell check are working on all but RV.Net. The preview box problem is also related to your browser. We are seeing it with IE and Safari, but not other browsers. There are a few other problems with the RV.Net portal that moderators can see, but not members. One problem you may have seen last night, RV.Net portal was down but all the rest were working, That was cause by the clock being set wrong on the RV.Net server.

All of the above issues have been reported to the technicians.

Since July 16th, the notification emails I receive (from the forums I subscribe to) are completely blank.

Are you sure they are totally blank? The ones I get start with 24 blank lines. If I scroll down, I then find the message and link.

I am having the same issue. The notification emails are blank at the top 24 lines. You must scroll down to see the content. Would a moderator please explian why my previous two posts to different forums have are not visible to myself. A post I made here last night was visible for only a few mintues and then appears to have been removed without notification or explaination from moderator. As well a numer of postings in the Fifthwheel forum thread "painting exterior" were aparently deleted including one of mine without notice or explaination. I say deleted, but normally I recall when a posting is deleted for whatever reason you see the empty posting box except for the deleted notice. I'm not evening see that for my postings. If I have offended someone with a posting (first of all I apologize), second please notify me.

You will have to ask the moderator(s) in the forum(s) in which you had posts deleted. I am the only moderator that regularly reads this forum. I don't recall ever having deleted one of your posts.

BTW, this forum does not and has never used empty posting boxes with a deleted notice. Here, "gone is gone."

Well that's interesting because one of my missing posts was at 5.54pm yesterday right here in this forum. I can still see the missing posting in my own account profile posting history but it's not visible here anymore. Must be cruel humour on gremlins part then because it was a rant about all the ongoing site problems

gitane59,

If your post was deleted, you could not see it in a list of posts that you have made. As I said earlier, "gone is gone." What happens when you click on the link in your list of posts?

Here is what I see on the front page of this forum.

Your Un-natural enjoyment of Self abuse thread is right there.

I assume you are using the Woodalls portal. There are two things you can do until the technicians correct the problem.

You can go to your preferences page (My Forums - My Preferences) and turn of the preview.

Or you can switch to one of the portals that is not exhibiting the problem.

Alternate "portals" to the RV.net Open Roads Forums

BTW, spell check is not working on the RV.Net or Woodalls portal. The Good Sam portal has a scroll position problem.
