Do any of you Washingtonions ever have any rallies or places you go to meet other campers?
There are quite a few groups affiliated with Good Sam in Washington. We don't go to rallies or group events [I'd like to but DH not interested].

Here's a link to the NW Rally here on RV.Net... seems like a pretty active group.

I'm here too.
Actually I just got back from a weekend of rainy camping in eastern Wa. Yep, it really does rain all the time here.

We just moved from Vancouver, USA to Hockinson foothills. Lived in Vancouver over 60 years. Had a dairy farm with bottling plant and did home delivery of dairy products. No vacation in 40 years. Sure making up for it now.

We're buying our class C MH this week, if all goes out well. (We just got back from the test drive.) Is there room for a couple of newbies in this group? (We'd love to meet up with some experienced folks who can explain what the heck we're supposed to be doing, or at least, stand around and laugh with us?)

I mean, as we're all sitting under our awnings because it's too rainy to even have a campfire....

To answer your question you could be right, no rv's in Washington. I looked out my window earlier across the river at Mount Adams and did not see any RV's.
