We just had our names added to the list. It will be our first so we are looking forward to it. I know we will have tons of questions about everything that goes on.

Been on here for years Retired05. And not telling about were we go camping, getting to dang crowed up in there. Last weekend every campground was full, but that was fine, we know of a nice little "free" camping spot that most just drive by. And as usual, nobody was there. This past weekend the campground we stayed at was full. We do mostly drycamping.
Glad you've joined us! There are many more WA folks out there, to include two of the moderators on this forum.

Seems like everyone on RV.Net knows everyone. A little about us... We both retired in '05. DH from Boeing in Portland and I from Kraft AKA Nabisco. We are crazy spur of the moment types who always keep a bag packed in case someone says "wanna go". Our Motorhome is a '04 Pace Arrow which we also keep ready....just in case! We have no animals because we are never home enough to give them the care they need. We love all types of people, like parties, BBQ`s and traveling.
Now you know us..........

Did Davosfam say "summer"? Hmmm...Doesn't feel much like summer to me. Sigh... Although it's 7:30 and it's still light out. So yeah, I guess it is

Hey Retired05. Why no animals? Just bring them with ya! Our tent is a mobile den! Wait til our furry kids see a motor home! (Sleeps 6? Great! They'll each want their own bed). Unlike human kids, these ones never complain. They're just happy to be along for the ride!

Right down the road from you is Maryhill State Park. Absolutely premo! BUT you have to reserve months in advance. Same with Cape Disappointment. This year we made all our reservations in January/February and went to Maryhill, Cape Disappointment, Fort Worden, Sequim Bay, and next week we're doing the North Cascades loop to include Rasad, Pearrygin, Steamboat Rock, and Wenatchee State Parks. Dec 27 will see us at Cape Disappointment again. Best camping around is right here at the State Parks.
