I also have a 34SS and had the rear springs upgraded to the 19,000Lb. The springs make a big difference in handling but made the ride much rougher (as expected). I tried the overpriced Trac Bar and sent it back as it did not seem to make any difference. Get someone to push on the back corner of the MH and watch how much it moves and where it moves.
Good Luck

Do you, or anyone else here have the contact info handy for Jayco regarding the rear spring upgrades. I would like to see my coach about 2 inches higher in the rear. thanks

Kodiaks should have a build list on a tag above the drivers visor. You need to go thru it and find the item(s) you are looking for by referencing the GMC Model Equipment comparison. It is in the service manual that you can buy from http://www.HelmInc.com, or can be found online (thanks to Desert Diesel for this):
Here is the list of the RPO codes based on the chassis year.
2006 C5500 RPO codes
2007 C5500 RPO codes
2008 C5500 RPO codes

K9eros the shop that did the spring upgrades made the decision that the front springs needed to also be upgraded and Jayco agreed. Krt, I first brought the spring issue up to my dealership who then had me contact Jayco directly. I was told to take the coach into a medium truck repair shop for an estimate for spring repairs. I gave them contact persons and numbers for Jayco and they faxed the estimate to them. The person I worked with at Jayco was Les Carriveau. I hope this helps, good luck

Hello.
For those of you who installed the SuperSprings, do you have the factory "Stabil-Ride" option?
In emails with Mike at SuperSpring, he says their product will not work if you have this option. I assumed most Kodiak MH's had this option. I am still trying to verify if mine does.
Mine is a 2005 6316DK Conquest on a 2004 Kodiak. Would really like to install the springs with some Koni FSD's. My current ride is pretty good, but could always be better. Plus I would like to raise the rear without having to use air bags.
Thanks,
Bill

Not sure what was all included, though it did mention something about "parabolic springs", an auxilliary springs, tuned shocks, and maybe a bigger sway bar. Here is a link to an ad.
