I was also unaware that Rexhall had resurrected the old American Clipper brand name. I understand it replaced their "RexAir" brand.
A local dealer has what looks like about a 28' Class A, early 2000's vintage. Does this brand live up to Rexhall's reputation for build quality? Might go take a look this weekend.
We just bought a 2005 Rexhall American Clipper 29' on the v10 Ford chassis with 15k miles. We love it so far but then we just stepped up from a 93 Winnebago Warrior 25'. Some of the interior labels are misspelled indicating the unit was assembled by someone using English as a second language without much supervision but other than that everything works so far (except for the coach/chassis battery override).

SOME MORE INFO WOULD REALLY HELP. We had a 2002 ( I think, maybe 2003 ) American Clipper, 1 slide, 300 ISB Cummins, 5 speed Allison, nice coach but a little to small. Spartan chassis, gave me nothing but problems with front wheel bearings, replaced 2 times in 6 months and ABS problems, changed module and 3 wheel sensors to get it working. Got 10 MPG all ady, and ran good, but, I didn't get any help on anything from factory, so, sold it. Good luck. the Muffin Man.
